Estimated Delivery Time
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible which is within 28 days. Our estimated delivery time is 2-4 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Please note that shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or courier issues.

Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States and Canada. No additional shipping fees will be applied to your order for items purchased for over $50 USD at checkout.

Shipping Carrier
We ship all orders using Canada Post and China Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days or at within a maximum 28 days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the US and Canada. We are working to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Customs and Duties
Please be aware that for international orders, the recipient is responsible for any additional customs fees or duties imposed by their country.

Once your order has been shipped via Canada Post, we will provide a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s progress.
