Return Policy

We offer worry free, Free Returns. At I Love High Fashion, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Clothing Returns
You may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged clothing items with all original tags attached within 10 days of delivery. Please ensure the items are in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team for instructions.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Jewelry
• Underwear
  

Return Process
To request a return, please email us at ananya@ilovehighfashion.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to send your items back to us.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
