Order cancellation:

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please get in touch with us within 12 hours.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS - due to hygiene reasons, we do not refund or take returns for the following items as follows:

All supplements, BIO STEEL HYDRATION MIX and GLP-1 NO EXCEPTION! cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Jewelry-  NO EXCEPTION! cannot be returned for health and safety

NO EXCEPTION! Skincare products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Under Garments and yoga wears are non refundable due to hygiene.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by us (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@ilovehighfashion.com We will provide instructions on how to return the item and issue a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Love High Fashion Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products, including any damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Ontario.
